Inspired by attorneys who spent one too many late nights at the office, our company was originally born in June of 2004 from the need of one small U.S. law office.

The benefits of outsourcing for this law firm were dramatic, with at least a fifty percent (50%) gain in productivity for each of the associate attorneys and a fifty percent (50%) cost reduction for the law firm overall.

By having certain aspects of the legal work done by the attorneys in India, the attorneys in the U.S. were able to manage about 1.5 times the caseload that was previously handled. They were afforded the opportunity to spend time focusing on expanding their client base. By December of 2006, outsourcing had enabled the law firm to more than triple their size to ten attorneys in the U.S., while reducing the overhead expended for paralegal support.
